    Staff are always friendly but it's dissapointing when a regular wholesaler you buy off changes it's buying structure to alienate the smaller businesses who don't need 10 of the same thing or only need limited stock under $100, which they won't sell you. Tried to buy $90 of plants today as they didn't have the other items I needed and was told no at the register. Been buy off them regularily for 8 years till now so I'm not a new customer. Waste of a trip - go to Landscape link around the corner, at least you can buy what you need there and they value your business, no matter how small...
